MJ Rowles Rodeo 4 Life 2025 (Cash ‘Giveaway’)

Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. The Giveaway commences on Monday the 2^nd of December 2024 at 10:00am and closes Saturday 14th June 2025 at 5:59pm (“Promotional Period”). All entries must be finalised within the Promotional Period.

 

GENERAL

2. Participation in the Giveaway is subject to the following terms and conditions and includes all information we provide on how to enter and prize available. By submitting an entry into the Giveaway, you are indicating you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Only entries that comply with these terms and conditions will be considered valid and eligible to win.

3. The Promoter is Dougary Enterprises Pty Ltd ABN 37 144 902 894, 153 Fernleigh Road WAGGA WAGGA NSW 2560

4. This is a game of chance where the winner is determined randomly, with no reliance on the skill of the entrant. The selection of the winner will be determined by their ticket/seat number. Each participating bull rider will be assigned a section of the audience that and all individuals with valid, paid seat tickets within the allocated section of the rider crowned the Rodeo 4 Life Champion are eligible for the cash prize. The Promoter’s decision is conclusive, and no discussions or correspondence will be entertained.

5. The Giveaway commences on Monday the 2^nd of December 2024 at 10:00am and closes Saturday 14th June 2025 at 5:59pm (‘Promotional Period’). All entries must be finalised within the Promotional Period.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

6. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over (“Entrants”).

7. To enter the Giveaway, Entrants must purchase a ticket via Ticketmaster.com.au to, and be in attendance at, the MJ Rowles Rodeo 4 Life performing at WIN Entertainment Centre, Wollongong on Saturday 14^th June 2025.

8. If the winner is under 18 years of age, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to the winner’s parent or guardian, and to require that parent or guardian execute such acknowledgement, indemnity and release as reasonably required in the circumstances.

9. Ineligible Entrants are: anyone involved in conducting the trade promotion, including determining winners; anyone involved in the management of any benefiting business; anyone holding a complimentary ticket.

THE PRIZE

10. The prize is $10,000 cash.

11. The winner is responsible for any taxes or fees associated with the prize.

12. The prize cannot be transferred or substituted.

PRIZE DRAW AND NOTIFICATION

13. There will be one (1) prize draw conducted to select the one (1) winner on Saturday 14^th June 2025 during the MJ Rowles Rodeo 4 Life event held at WIN Entertainment Centre, Wollongong, between 6:00pm and 11:00pm.

14. The winner will be selected at random by drawing a specific seat number and notified via venue announcement during the event.

15. If the winner is determined to be ineligible, the Promoter will draw another winner at random and will continue to do so until an eligible winner is determined. The prize must be claimed on Saturday 14^th June 2025.

16. The Giveaway results will be announced on Saturday 14^th June 2025 and published via the Rodeo 4 Life social media channels, and/or website, within seven days.

 PRIVACY

17. The Promoter will not directly collect any entrant personal information for the purpose of entering the Giveaway.

18. The winners contact details will be collected by the Promoter for the purpose of issuing them with the prize and will be shared with WIN Entertainment Centre for the purpose of announcing the winner via their social media channels and/or website.
